1. About Us
Innervista Atelier is a coaching and training initiative offering inner reconnection programs, corporate trainings, public speaking workshops, and 1-on-1 coaching services. We are based in India and operate globally via online and in-person formats.
2. Services
We offer:
- BalancedGrowth Blueprint — 30-day signature transformation program
- Corporate Trainings — bespoke programs for organisations
- Kids Public Speaking Workshops — for ages 8–16
- 1-on-1 Customised Coaching Sessions

3. Enrolment & Payments
- All payments must be made in full prior to program start (unless an instalment plan is mutually agreed in writing)
- Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe)
- Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but enrolled participants are protected at the rate they paid
4. Participant Conduct
By participating in our programs, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully with the coach, trainers, and other participants
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories shared by other participants in group settings
- Not record, redistribute, or commercially use program content without written permission
- Take full responsibility for your own well-being and growth — coaching is a partnership, not a guarantee of outcomes
5. Disclaimer
Innervista Atelier programs are educational and developmental in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. If you are dealing with clinical mental health conditions, we encourage you to seek licensed professional support alongside (or instead of) coaching.
We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, as personal transformation depends heavily on individual effort, circumstances, and engagement.
6. Intellectual Property
All program content, frameworks, materials, videos, audio, and written content are the intellectual property of Innervista Atelier. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written consent.
7. Refund Policy

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innervista Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, services, or programs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our programs if a participant violates these Terms, engages in disrespectful conduct, or breaches confidentiality.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai/Bangalore, Tamil Nadu/Karnataka, India.
